Max led integration of remote, multi-domain platforms, infrastructure, sensors, and associated data security within the US National Security enterprise and alongside commercial early-stage ventures. As a founder (ProMazo), Naval Intelligence Officer (Space Cadre), product manager (Second Front), and advisor (Anduril), Max brings an intimate, global network of scientists, engineers, and leaders in both commercial industries and the US Joint Force and Interagency.

Ryan is a private equity and venture capital investor with extensive operational leadership and restructuring experience. As part of Alvarez & Marsal and various interim management positions of PE/VC-owned businesses, Ryan spearheaded cost reduction, implemented technology process redesigns, and successfully led complex turnaround and restructuring initiatives for senior management and financial sponsors. Notably, he recently served as the Interim COO for an FCC & NOAA-licensed, hyperspectral satellite company.

An investor since in 1983, Michael specialized in infrastructure, utilities, energy, and telecommunications with Drexel Burnham Lambert. He became a partner in the Corporate Finance Department in 1988. Michael was an operations manager for a Houston-based oil service company and the direct investment business with Clayton Dubilier & Rice. He has taken part in or initiated numerous acquisitions, recapitalizations, and dispositions of CD&R portfolio companies. Michael founded Dubilier & Company where he has continued to invest in infrastructure since 1994.

Mat Winter joins Danu following a 35-year career in the U.S. Navy, culminating as Program Executive Officer of the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office — the largest Federal acquisition program in history. He previously served as the 24th Chief of Naval Research and has held senior roles across unmanned systems, cyber-physical integration, and advanced weapons programs. His experience directly informs Danu’s investments across autonomous systems, advanced compute, and national security technologies.

Allison is a sustainable investing executive with expertise in energy, infrastructure, and organizational behavior, most recently serving as Partner and Global Head of Sustainable Investing Strategy at Angelo Gordon. Previously, Allison was Head of Sustainability Research for Fixed Income at Morgan Stanley and a senior advisor at Chevron. She also served as a Robert Bosch Fellow in Germany and is a former US Government intelligence analyst.

David is an investor and operator with experience across early-stage and growth companies. Notably, he was VP of Product Development at mindbodygreen and served as Director of Early-Stage Investments at MDC Ventures. He also served as Chief of Staff at MDC Partners (now Stagwell, NASDAQ: STGW), where he led strategic investments and M&A across the digital infrastructure, data, and services landscape. Prior to MDC, he worked in the Private Equity and Real Estate group at Paul Hastings LLP.
