As part of Alvarez & Marsal and various interim management positions of PE/VC-owned businesses, Ryan spearheaded cost reduction, implemented technology process redesigns, and successfully led complex turnaround and restructuring initiatives for senior management and financial sponsors. Notably, he recently served as the Interim COO for an FCC & NOAA-licensed, hyperspectral satellite company.

He became a partner in the Corporate Finance Department in 1988. Michael was an operations manager for a Houston-based oil service company and the direct investment business with Clayton Dubilier & Rice. He has taken part in or initiated numerous acquisitions, recapitalizations, and dispositions of CD&R portfolio companies. Michael founded Dubilier & Company where he has continued to invest in infrastructure since 1994.

She also served as a Robert Bosch Fellow in Germany and is a former US Government intelligence analyst.
